The apartment is located in a historic building of the fifteenth century, which over the years has undergone various renovations but have not altered some original aspects. Palazzo Vatticani is a noble palace that belonged to the Plaja family, a family that was awarded the title of Baron of Vatticani.

From the living room three steps lead down to the inner terrace, furnished with table and chairs and perfect for a cool lunch or dinner in the summer season. The living room leads into the kitchen, and the kitchen into the bedroom. A bath with shower serves the bedroom and the living room leads to another bathroom with a larger shower. The kitchen with table and chairs is spacious and equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. In the living room a double sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two more people, who will have at their disposal a private bathroom that will allow them to maintain privacy.
