Description

Ponticello Apartments is located in the square SS. Quaranta Martiri al Casalotto.

It is an ancient building of the first half of the nineteenth century just renovated and used as a holiday home, in the heart of the historic center of Palermo.

The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall with elevator and staircase leading to the four upper floors and a reception area with internal atrium where guests can consult tourist guides and receive information and maps of the city.

The entire building and the individual apartments are equipped with an intrusion alarm system.

Ponticello Apartments offers a variety of services and comforts related to the structure and the apartments to make the stay of its guests as pleasant as possible.

Rooms

The property is equipped with 10 apartments.

The apartments located respectively on the first, second and third floors consist of a large living area where there is a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two balconies overlooking the main facade.

On the fourth floor is the suite of Ponticello Apartments which is accessed, as well as from the entrance door accessible from the main staircase, also from the elevator with dedicated key, which opens directly inside the house.

The apartment can accommodate up to three people and consists of a living area with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a wonderful terrace that offers views of the roofs of the city, the beautiful bell tower of Palazzo Marchesi and the wonderful domes of the nearby churches such as Casa Professa.

*High season: 
from 01/06/2023 to 30/09/2023 and from 18/12/2023 to 08/01/2024. 06 - 10 april 2023; 21 - 25 april 2023; 28 april – 1 may 2023; 7 - 10 december 2023.

City tax € 1.50 up to 4 nights.

APARTMENTS 13 AND 33 from 01/06/2023 to 30/09/2023:

Cancellation and no-show:​
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the stay if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
